I redesigned Viva.ro, one of Romania’s top lifestyle and entertainment portals, to feel lighter, more elegant, and commercially sharper. I restructured the information architecture to guide readers smoothly across celebrity, fashion, and culture stories, and rebuilt the layout and visual design around clear hierarchy, rhythm, and editorial flow. The new grid balances image-led storytelling with flexible, better-placed advertorial and banner areas that blend naturally into the reading experience, improving both engagement and monetization.
Results: average session time rose by roughly 25%, banner viewability improved by 30%, and native campaign clicks increased by 20% within the first three months after launch.
