I refreshed Urban.ro into a clean, culture-first magazine by reorganizing the IA around clear lifestyle verticals, rebuilding adaptive article templates for portrait, landscape, video, interviews and reviews, and integrating native advertorial modules so they feel invited, not intrusive, all under refined typography and generous white space.
Results: +28% long-read completion in the first 3 months, +22% click-through on native campaigns from better placement and trust, and bounce down 17%.
