I led the digital redesign of ELLE.ro, translating the magazine’s iconic editorial feel into an elegant, fast, and content-rich web experience. Working closely with the publisher, editors, and sales team, I restructured the information architecture and designed a flexible layout system that highlights photography, fashion stories, and product features with equal weight. The new design gives editors the freedom to mix long reads, image galleries, and commercial placements seamlessly while keeping the interface visually calm and luxurious.
Results: reader engagement rose by around 26%, ad visibility improved by 20%, and average session time nearly doubled within the first month after launch.
